Note: When against bosses, Rash's eyes will bug out as his jaw drops whenever the boss first appears.

B + Up (Turbo Bike): Rash will go flying upwards while riding on a hoverbike. If he crashes into an enemy, he'll slam into them while the bike keeps moving to crash into other enemies.
B + Down (Big Bad Boot): Rash jumps forwards while kicking with a spiked boot, having the potential to send opponents flying.

Final Smash:

Battletoad Blitz: "Time for the blitz! Let's pulverize them!" Zitz and Pimple jump into the arena to assist Rash while he fights. Pimple moves slowly while swinging his arm as it turns into a hammer, while Zits charges back and forth with his arms turned into a spiked bulldozer. They also attack with basic melee attacks. Rash can be controlled as normal while they fight, but the other toads will stop for a moment if he attacks either for them.

Taunts:

1: "Nom" Rash whips his tongue out and pulls a fly into his mouth.
2: "Move to this!" Rash grins and strikes a pose
1+2: Claps his hands in a way that sounds similar to the pause theme

Winposes:

1: "Mad, bad, and crazy!" Punches the air a few times before grinning and striking a pose
2: "All right!" Rash kicks the air a few times before striking a pose
3: "You just got thrashed!" Stands in the background doing several pelvic thrusts, before jumping forwards to strike a pose

Icon: A spiked circle with a toad head in the center

Victory Music: The victory theme from the NES game

Kirby Hat: Kirby turns green and wears Rash's sunglasses

When Chosen: "Its stomping time!"

Snake Codec:

(Snake) A toad with sunglasses? Is it suddenly the 80s again?
(Otacon) Hey, its one of the Battletoads! I haven't seen those guys in a while!
(Snake) A Battletoad, huh? Mind telling me more about them?
(Otacon) Well this one in particular is Rash and he fights against the Dark Queen alongside his teammates, Zitz and Pimple.
(Snake) Are those seriously their given names?
(Otacon) Well, sort of. They used to be game developers working for Silus Volkmire until they discovered another world linked to the game they were working on. Guess they lucked out. They serve under Professor T-Bird, who watches over the Toads operations from his ship.
(Snake) I see. Can you tell me more about they're battle experience?
(Otacon) Their missions usually have them raiding the Dark Queen's intergalactic bases, some which take them through the depths of alien worlds filled with all sorts of hazards. Sometimes the other Toads get captured, but they can always count on each other to bail them out when they're in a pinch.
(Snake) So just how hazardous is the terrain they have to traverse?
(Otacon) Its...pretty bad. They have vehicles to help them, but they're hard to maneuver sometimes.
(Snake) Can't they just find an alternate route to avoid problems like that?
(Otacon) They can, but the professor kind of frowns down upon stuff like that. Even the Dark Queen doesn't care for short cuts.
(Snake) If things are going to be that difficult, I would say its the best solution.

Stage: Ragnorok's Canyon

The stage takes place on a ridge in front of the mountains. Small dragons will occasionally fly by and breath fireballs forwards, but they can also be used as platforms. A giant walker looms above the mountains in the background and will fire lasers towards the arena. The lasers will leave behind debris that can be picked up and thrown at other players.

Walkers: These robotic walkers slowly move left and right, kicking towards anyone close. Once destroyed, their legs can be used as melee weapons.

Saturn Flytraps: These plants stick to the sides of walls and lunge to bite anyone close to them.
Thought I would bring in another Brawl Moveset to hold everyone lately. I was in a Battletoads mood after watching CR's reviews, so I thought that would choose a representative of that series. Even though Zitz is arguably the leader, I chose Rash due to him appearing playable in the most installments. I would love to see these guys back someday. I new installment would probably get dumped on the 360, but would be nice if Rare had it on Wii for old times sake....which is unlikely. : (

This is just an idea, not something you have to do, but I would suggest looking up his Killer Instinct theme and adding that in if you like it.
